Sue Smith serves as VP of Residential and Homeless Services for Project HOME in Philadelphia. In this role, she provides oversight to the Outreach Coordination Center that works with chronic homeless individuals living on the streets of Philadelphia; and 16 supportive housing programs including a Medicaid FFS program for some of the services. Prior to coming to Project HOME, she worked for nearly 30 years for the Center for Urban Community Services in NYC where she developed and managed services in over 1,000 units of supportive housing. During her tenure at CUCS she developed a nationally recognized system for accessing housing and behavioral health services for mentally ill individuals being released from NYS prisons and administered a NYC wide Single Point of Access system. She received her MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work.
