Noah Abraham is a Deputy Administrator at the Department of Human Services - Family Services Administration in Washington DC. He has ten plus years of experience in human services working for government and non-profit organizations at various levels. He has played an instrumental role in the design and implementation of the first family Homelessness Prevention Program in Washington DC. Currently, he is leading the Department's effort in implementing the pilot Shallow Rental Subsidy (DC Flex) program, opening the Short Term Family Housing and reduce shelter length of stay.
