Eileen Kroszner is the Coordinated Entry/Coordinated Assessment and Housing Placement (CAHP) System Administrator for The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness (TCP) in the District of Columbia. TCP is a nonprofit organization that serves as the CoC Collaborative Applicant, HMIS and Coordinated Entry Administrative agency. Ms. Kroszner oversees the implementation of coordinated entry systems for unaccompanied adults and youth, families and veterans. Beyond CAHP, Ms. Kroszner regularly staffs and supports work groups and committees of the DC Interagency Council on Homelessness (DCICH) (the DC CoC Board) and works closely with its members on processes related to outreach, programming, coordinated entry, HMIS and reporting, funding opportunities and strategic planning.
