Danielle Robertshaw is an administrative physician with interests in population health and urban medicine. For over 15 years, her focus has been direct care provision and care model design to improve outcomes for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. She currently serves as the Senior Medical Director of Hennepin Healthcare's Community Connections Care Ring (including care transitions, community based care, and ambulatory clinical care models focused on vulnerable populations), Medical Director of the Hennepin County Health Care for the Homeless program, and works with Hennepin Health (a county based, safety-net Accountable Care Organization). She also enjoys teaching medical students and residents.
