Lauren Zimmermann joined Supportive Housing Works in 2013 to see the community through the planning, development, and implementation of a coordinated access system across Fairfield County. Since the system’s launch in 2014, she has worked with key stakeholders and homeless service providers to ensure that the region’s homeless response system is accessible, responsive to individual needs, and evolving to meet the goals of ending all forms of homelessness. Lauren also oversees SHW’s data and performance measurement efforts, working to catalyze data-driven decision making system-wide. She holds undergraduate degrees from New York University, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work Administration and Community Organizing from the University of Connecticut.
