Sarah K. Estill manages a portfolio of community policing projects with foci ranging from violent extremism, hiring and recruitment, and behavioral science uptake at the USDOJ COPS Office. Previous work includes research at NYU, Oregon Health & Science University, the University of Colorado Denver, and Harvard University. Prior to joining COPS, she headed projects for the Denver Police Department, the Boston Police Department, and the Seattle Police Department. She holds a BA from St. Olaf College and an MPP from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
